3. פנייה ובקשת חלופה נגישה

אפשר לפנות ל־[email protected] ולבקש סיוע או חלופה נגישה. מומלץ לציין את כתובת העמוד, הפעולה שניסיתם לבצע, הדפדפן ואמצעי העזר שבהם השתמשתם, ודרך מועדפת לחזרה אליכם. אין צורך למסור מידע רפואי או סודות חשבון. נבחן את הפנייה ונפעל לטיפול בהתאם לדין.
