1. עוגיות תפעוליות

• astro_session: עוגיית כניסה באזור האפליקציה, עד 30 יום. יציאה מבטלת את ההתחברות.
• astro_shopify_install: עוגייה זמנית לחיבור Shopify ולאימות תהליך האישור, עד 10 דקות; מנוקה בחזרה מתהליך החיבור.

עוגיות אלה נגישות לשרת ולא לסקריפטים בדף (HttpOnly); בסביבת HTTPS הן מסומנות Secure.

2. אחסון מקומי ואחסון בלשונית

localStorage שומר העדפת שפה, הסתרת הנחיות והשלמת משימות בממשק עד שמוחקים או מעדכנים אותן. sessionStorage שומר מצב צ׳אט ופרטים זמניים להשלמת חיבור ערוצים ו־Shopify במהלך הלשונית. אין אלה עוגיות פרסום.

3. עוגיות פרסום של Meta, רק בהסכמה

כדי לדעת אילו מהמודעות שלנו בפייסבוק ובאינסטגרם מביאות נרשמים, אנחנו משתמשים ב־Meta Pixel. הוא נטען רק אחרי שלחצתם "מאשרים" בהודעה שבתחתית המסך, ורק באתר astrofiy.com ובדפי ההרשמה, בחירת החבילה ופתיחת העסק הראשון באפליקציה. הוא לא פועל בדשבורד ובדפי הניהול.

מה נשלח ל־Meta: כתובת הדף (בלי פרמטרים מלבד תגי קמפיין), פרטי דפדפן ומכשיר, כתובת IP, ואירועים: צפייה בדף, צפייה במחירים, השלמת הרשמה ותחילת ניסיון עם שם החבילה ומחירה. לא נשלחים אימייל, טלפון, שם או נתוני החנות שלכם. Meta מגדירה את העוגיות _fbp ו־_fbc, עד 90 יום, ומשתמשת במידע לפי המדיניות שלה.

הבחירה שלכם נשמרת בעוגייה astro_consent לשנה, משותפת ל־astrofiy.com ולאפליקציה. אפשר לשנות אותה בכל עת בקישור "הגדרות עוגיות" בתחתית כל דף; סירוב עוצר שליחה ומוחק את _fbp ו־_fbc.

4. דף הנחיתה וספקים חיצוניים

מלבד Meta, אחרי הסכמה, קוד דף הנחיתה אינו מגדיר עוגיות. טעינת גופנים מ־Google Fonts ובקשות דרך ספקי התשתית עשויות להעביר אליהם כתובת IP, פרטי דפדפן ומידע טכני. קישורים ל־Telegram ולפלטפורמות אחרות מובילים לשירותים עצמאיים, הכפופים למדיניות שלהם.

5. שליטה ושינויים

אפשר למחוק או לחסום עוגיות ואחסון דרך הגדרות הדפדפן. הדבר עשוי לנתק את החשבון, לאפס העדפות או למנוע השלמת חיבורים; הוא אינו מוחק את המידע שנשמר בשרת. בקשות מחיקת מידע מופיעות במדיניות הפרטיות.

1. Operational cookies

• astro_session: app sign-in cookie, up to 30 days. Signing out revokes the session.
• astro_shopify_install: temporary Shopify authorization cookie, up to 10 minutes; cleared on return from the connection flow.

These cookies are HttpOnly and are marked Secure when served over HTTPS.

2. Local and tab storage

localStorage holds language, dismissed guidance and completed interface tasks until changed or cleared. sessionStorage holds chat state and temporary channel/Shopify connection information during the tab session. These are not advertising cookies.

3. Meta advertising cookies, only with consent

To learn which of our Facebook and Instagram ads bring sign-ups, we use the Meta Pixel. It loads only after you choose "Allow" in the notice at the bottom of the screen, and only on astrofiy.com and on the app pages for registering, choosing a plan and opening the first business. It never runs in the dashboard or on admin pages.

What reaches Meta: the page address (without parameters other than campaign tags), browser and device details, IP address, and events: page view, viewing pricing, completing registration and starting a trial with the plan name and price. No email, phone, name or store data is sent. Meta sets the _fbp and _fbc cookies for up to 90 days and uses the information under its own policies.

Your choice is kept in the astro_consent cookie for a year, shared by astrofiy.com and the app. Change it at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page; declining stops sending and deletes _fbp and _fbc.

4. Landing page and external providers

Apart from Meta, after consent, the landing page code does not set cookies. Loading Google Fonts and requesting content through infrastructure providers may disclose IP addresses, browser details and technical information to those providers. Telegram and other linked platforms are independent services with their own policies.

5. Control and changes

You can clear or block cookies and storage in your browser. This may sign you out, reset preferences or interrupt connections; it does not delete server-held data. See the Privacy Policy for deletion requests.
