1. קבלת דיוור

אישור התקנון נדרש להרשמה. הסכמה לדיוור שיווקי היא נפרדת, אינה מסומנת מראש ואינה תנאי לשימוש. אם תבחרו בה, astrofiy רשאית לשלוח לכתובת האימייל ולמספר הטלפון שמסרתם עדכונים, הצעות ומסרים פרסומיים על שירותיה באימייל ובמסרונים. ניתן לחזור מההסכמה בכל עת באמצעות אפשרות ההסרה בהודעה או פנייה בערוץ שבו התקבלה, או באמצעות כתובת הקשר שלהלן. ההסרה לא תפגע בשימוש בשירות. הודעות תפעוליות כגון קודי אימות והודעות אבטחה עשויות להישלח גם ללא הסכמה שיווקית.

2. הסכמה לתנאים

התנאים האלה חלים על השימוש ב־astrofiy: הבוט בטלגרם, סביבת העבודה באתר app.astrofiy.com והאתר astrofiy.com. כשאתם משתמשים בשירות, אתם מסכימים לתנאים ולמדיניות הפרטיות.

אם אתם משתמשים בשירות בשם עסק, אתם מאשרים שיש לכם הרשאה לעשות את זה.

3. מה השירות עושה

astrofiy מיועד לבעלי חנויות אונליין. אחרי שמחברים חנות (WooCommerce או Shopify) ומקורות נוספים כמו Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook ו־Instagram, אפשר:

• לקבל דוחות על מכירות, הזמנות, החזרים, מוצרים, רווח והוצאות פרסום.
• לשאול שאלות על העסק בטלגרם ובאתר.
• לקבל המלצות שיווק, תוכנית קמפיין, רעיונות לקהלים ולמסרים, וטקסטים למודעות.

החיבורים הם לקריאה בלבד. השירות לא משנה הזמנות, מוצרים, קמפיינים או תקציבים, ולא מפרסם שום דבר בשמכם.

4. זה לא ייעוץ מקצועי

הדוחות וההמלצות נועדו לעזור לכם להבין את העסק. הם לא ייעוץ פיננסי, חשבונאי, משפטי, ייעוץ מס או ייעוץ השקעות. לפני החלטה משמעותית כדאי להתייעץ עם איש מקצוע.

המספרים מחושבים מהנתונים שהמקורות מוסרים לנו ולפי ההגדרות שלנו. למשל, מכירות נטו לא כוללות מע״מ ומשלוח. לכן הם יכולים להיות שונים מהדוחות של הפלטפורמות, והם מדויקים רק כמו הנתונים והעלויות שהוזנו.

5. תוכן שנוצר בבינה מלאכותית

תשובות, אסטרטגיות וטקסטים למודעות נכתבים בעזרת מודלים של בינה מלאכותית. הם עלולים להיות שגויים, חלקיים או לא מתאימים לעסק שלכם.

• בדקו כל המלצה וכל טקסט לפני שאתם משתמשים בהם.
• ההחלטה מה לפרסם, כמה להוציא ואיך לנהל את העסק היא שלכם.
• אתם אחראים לכך שהמודעות שאתם מפרסמים עומדות בחוק ובמדיניות הפרסום של הפלטפורמות, למשל בטענות על המוצר, בהנחות ובמבצעים.

6. החשבון שלכם

• השירות מיועד לבני 18 ומעלה.
• מסרו פרטים נכונים ושמרו על הגישה לאימייל ולטלגרם שלכם. אל תעבירו לאף אחד קוד התחברות.
• אתם אחראים לפעולות שנעשות בחשבון שלכם.
• אם אתם חושדים בשימוש לא מורשה, כתבו לנו מיד ל־[email protected].

7. פלטפורמות שאתם מחברים

• חברו רק חנויות וחשבונות שיש לכם הרשאה לחבר.
• התנאים והמדיניות של כל פלטפורמה (כמו Shopify, WooCommerce, Meta, Google ו־Telegram) ממשיכים לחול עליכם.
• אנחנו לא אחראים לזמינות של הפלטפורמות, לשינויים שהן עושות או לדיוק הנתונים שהן מוסרות.
• אפשר לנתק כל חיבור בכל רגע, בעמוד החיבורים או בפלטפורמה עצמה.

8. שימוש מותר

אסור:

• להשתמש בשירות למטרה לא חוקית או כדי ליצור פרסום מטעה.
• לנסות לגשת לנתונים של עסק אחר, לעקוף את האבטחה או לחפש בה פרצות בלי אישור מאיתנו.
• להעמיס על השירות, להפעיל עליו כלים אוטומטיים או לשאוב ממנו מידע בכמויות.
• להעתיק את השירות, לפרק אותו או למכור אותו הלאה בלי אישור בכתב.

אם תפרו את הכללים האלה, נוכל להשעות או לסגור את החשבון.

9. המידע שלכם

הנתונים של העסק שייכים לכם. אתם נותנים לנו רשות להשתמש בהם רק כדי לתת לכם את השירות, כמו שמתואר במדיניות הפרטיות.

10. קניין רוחני

השירות, התוכנה, העיצוב והמותג שייכים ל־astrofiy.

מותר לכם להשתמש בעסק שלכם בטקסטים ובאסטרטגיות שהשירות כותב לכם. טקסטים דומים יכולים להיווצר גם למשתמשים אחרים.

11. חבילות, מחירים וטוקנים לבוט

השירות ניתן במסלול חינמי ובשלוש חבילות בתשלום. המחירים לחודש, בשקלים ולפני מע״מ. בתשלום שנתי משלמים על 10 חודשים. לאחר בחירת חבילה בתשלום, חשבון חדש מתחיל ב־14 ימי ניסיון עם כל היכולות של חבילת עסקים, במגבלות החנויות, האנשים והחיבורים של החבילה שנבחרה, בכל סוגי החנויות. עד סוף הניסיון אפשר להחליף את החבילה שנבחרה, ותאריך הסיום לא משתנה. בסיום הניסיון כל השירותים והחיבורים מוקפאים עד לחידוש הגישה, או עד מעבר למסלול החינמי. אפשרות התשלום עדיין אינה זמינה ולא נוצר חיוב או מנוי אוטומטי.

• חינמי, 0 ₪, בלי תקופת ניסיון: חנות אחת בחיבור לחנות בלבד, הדשבורד וסיכום שבועי במייל, משתמש אחד. בלי בוט, בלי חיבורי פרסום, רשתות ואנליטיקס, ובלי סיכום בוקר והתראות. החנות מתעדכנת פעם בשעה.
• בסיסי, 149 ₪: חנות אחת, עד 2 חיבורי פרסום ורשתות, 10 טוקנים לבוט ביום, משתמש אחד.
• פרו, 249 ₪: עד 2 חנויות, עד 4 חיבורי פרסום ורשתות, 60 טוקנים לבוט ביום, עד 2 משתמשים, רווח לפי קמפיין, דוח PDF וביקורת פרסום שבועית.
• עסקים, 449 ₪: עד 5 חנויות, עד 10 חיבורי פרסום ורשתות, 100 טוקנים לבוט ביום, עד 10 משתמשים, כל מה שבפרו, ובנוסף מעקב מתחרים, אסטרטגיית שיווק וקריאייטיב AI וליווי עסקי אישי.

טוקן הוא יחידת שימוש בבוט: כל הודעה שאתם שולחים לבוט (טקסט, הקלטה, תמונה או קובץ) משתמשת בטוקן אחד. הטוקנים נספרים לכל חנות, מתחדשים בכל יום בחצות לפי אזור הזמן של העסק, ולא עוברים ליום הבא. כשהטוקנים של היום נגמרים, הבוט לא עונה עד חצות, אלא אם יש יתרה מחבילה חד־פעמית. ההתראות, סיכום הבוקר, הדוחות והדשבורד ממשיכים לעבוד ולא משתמשים בטוקנים.

תוספות לכל חבילה, לחודש ולפני מע״מ: עוד 30 טוקנים לבוט ביום לכל חנות ב־39 ₪; עוד חיבור שיווק לכל חנות ב־29 ₪; עוד חנות ב־99 ₪. אפשר גם לרכוש חבילה חד־פעמית של 300 טוקנים ב־29 ₪, שנצרכת רק אחרי שהטוקנים של היום נגמרים ונשארת עד שמשתמשים בה. התוספות נוספות על מגבלות החבילה.

חיבור החנות ו־Google Analytics לא נספרים במגבלת החיבורים. אותן מגבלות חבילה ותקופת ניסיון חלות גם על חנויות Shopify.

נעדכן מחירים, מגבלות או תכולת חבילות רק בהודעה מראש, ולא נחייב אתכם בלי הסכמה שלכם.

12. זמינות ושינויים בשירות

השירות ניתן כמו שהוא (AS IS) ולפי הזמינות. אנחנו עובדים כדי שיהיה זמין ומדויק, אבל לא מבטיחים שיפעל בלי הפסקות או בלי טעויות.

אנחנו יכולים לשנות, להוסיף או להפסיק תכונות. על שינוי מהותי נודיע מראש ככל האפשר.

13. הגבלת אחריות

ככל שהחוק מאפשר:

• לא נהיה אחראים לנזק עקיף או תוצאתי, כמו אובדן רווחים, הכנסות או נתונים, או הוצאות פרסום, שנגרם משימוש בשירות או מהסתמכות על הדוחות וההמלצות.
• האחריות הכוללת שלנו כלפיכם לא תעלה על הסכום ששילמתם לנו ב־12 החודשים שלפני האירוע.

הסעיף הזה לא מגביל אחריות שלפי החוק אי אפשר להגביל, למשל במקרה של מרמה או נזק שנגרם בכוונה.

14. הפסקת השימוש

אפשר להפסיק להשתמש בשירות בכל רגע: לנתק את החיבורים ולבקש למחוק את החשבון ב־[email protected].

אנחנו יכולים להשעות או לסגור חשבון שמפר את התנאים, או שמסכן את השירות או משתמשים אחרים. ככל האפשר, נודיע על כך מראש.

15. שינויים בתנאים

אם נשנה את התנאים, נעדכן את התאריך בראש העמוד. על שינוי מהותי נודיע מראש בבוט או באימייל. אם תמשיכו להשתמש בשירות אחרי שהשינוי נכנס לתוקף, אתם מסכימים לתנאים החדשים.

16. דין וסמכות שיפוט

על התנאים האלה חלים דיני מדינת ישראל. סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית בכל מחלוקת נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.

17. הרשאות, זכויות ושיפוי

אתם מאשרים שיש לכם הרשאה למסור ולעבד בשירות את המידע והתוכן שאתם מעלים, לרבות נתוני צדדים שלישיים, וכי מסרתם את ההודעות וקיבלתם את ההסכמות הנדרשות. אין להעלות מידע רגיש שאינו נחוץ לשירות.

במידה המותרת בדין, תשפו את מפעיל השירות בגין נזק ישיר והוצאות משפט סבירות שנפסקו או הוסכמו בגין תביעת צד שלישי שנובעת מהפרה מהותית שלכם של התנאים, משימוש בלתי חוקי או מהפרת זכויות בתוכן שמסרתם או פרסמתם. השיפוי לא יחול על חלק הנזק שנגרם באחריות מפעיל השירות. נודיע על התביעה בתוך זמן סביר, נאפשר לכם להשתתף בהגנה ולא נסכים לפשרה המטילה עליכם חיוב ללא הסכמתכם, שלא תסורב באופן בלתי סביר.

18. היעדר התחייבות לתוצאה וזכויות מחייבות

אין התחייבות להכנסות, רווח, דיוק תחזית, אישור מודעה או זמינות של ספק חיצוני. עליכם לאמת נתונים, לשמור עותקים של מידע עסקי חיוני ולבחון המלצות לפני ביצוע. הסכומים ששולמו לפלטפורמות פרסום או לספקים אחרים אינם תשלום ל־astrofiy לצורך תקרת האחריות.

אין בתנאים ויתור על זכויות צרכניות או זכויות פרטיות מחייבות, או פטור מאחריות שאי אפשר להגביל בדין. הוראה בלתי אכיפה תצומצם במידה המותרת, ושאר התנאים ימשיכו לחול ככל האפשר. הוראות הדין המחייבות בדבר סמכות שיפוט גוברות על בחירת הפורום בתנאים.

19. תשלום, ביטול ופניות משפטיות

השירות כרגע ללא תשלום ולכן אין חיוב מנוי לבטל או להשיב. אין בכך הבטחה לשירות חינם לצמיתות. לפני רכישת שירות בתשלום יוצגו מחיר, תקופת חיוב, חידוש, דרכי ביטול וזכויות החזר, בכפוף לדין; לא יוטל חיוב חדש מכוח שימוש קודם בלבד. אפשר להפסיק שימוש ולבקש סגירת חשבון.

הודעות משפטיות ודיווחים על הפרת זכויות: [email protected]. פנייה מוקדמת עשויה לסייע בפתרון מחלוקת, אך אינה תנאי למימוש זכויות או פנייה לערכאות.

1. Mailing consent

Acceptance of these terms is required to register. Marketing consent is separate, unchecked by default, and optional. If you opt in, astrofiy may send updates, offers, and promotional messages about its services to the email address and phone number you provided, by email and SMS. You may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe option in the message, contacting us through the channel in which it was received, or using the contact address below. Unsubscribing will not affect your use of the service. Operational messages such as verification codes and security notices may be sent without marketing consent.

2. Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply to your use of astrofiy: the Telegram bot, the web workspace at app.astrofiy.com and the website astrofiy.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

3. What the service does

astrofiy is for online store owners. After you connect a store (WooCommerce or Shopify) and other sources such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook and Instagram, you can:

• Get reports on sales, orders, refunds, products, profit and ad spend.
• Ask questions about your business in Telegram and on the web.
• Get marketing advice, a campaign plan, audience and message ideas, and ad copy.

Connections are read-only. The service doesn’t change orders, products, campaigns or budgets, and doesn’t publish anything on your behalf.

4. Not professional advice

Reports and recommendations are there to help you understand your business. They are not financial, accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. Before a significant decision, consult a qualified professional.

Figures are calculated from the data your sources give us and according to our definitions. For example, net sales exclude tax and shipping. They can therefore differ from the platforms’ own reports, and they are only as accurate as the data and costs entered.

5. AI-generated content

Answers, strategies and ad copy are written with AI models. They can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your business.

• Check every recommendation and every text before you use it.
• Decisions about what to publish, how much to spend and how to run your business are yours.
• You are responsible for making sure the ads you publish comply with the law and with the platforms’ advertising policies, for example regarding product claims, discounts and promotions.

6. Your account

• The service is for people aged 18 or over.
• Give accurate details and keep access to your email and Telegram secure. Never share a sign-in code.
• You are responsible for activity in your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized use, write to us right away at [email protected].

7. Platforms you connect

• Connect only stores and accounts you are authorized to connect.
• Each platform’s own terms and policies (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Meta, Google and Telegram) continue to apply to you.
• We are not responsible for the platforms’ availability, for changes they make or for the accuracy of the data they provide.
• You can disconnect any connection at any time, on the connections page or on the platform itself.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the service for anything unlawful or to create misleading advertising.
• Try to access another business’s data, bypass security or probe for vulnerabilities without our permission.
• Overload the service, run automated tools against it or scrape data from it.
• Copy, reverse engineer or resell the service without written permission.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account.

9. Your data

Your business data belongs to you. You allow us to use it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

The service, software, design and brand belong to astrofiy.

You may use the texts and strategies the service writes for you in your business. Similar texts may also be generated for other users.

11. Packages, prices and bot tokens

The service comes as a free package and three paid packages. Prices are per month, in ILS, before VAT. Paying yearly costs 10 months. After choosing a paid plan, a new account starts a 14-day trial with every Business feature, within the store, people and connection limits of the chosen plan, for every store platform. The chosen plan can be changed until the trial ends; the end date does not change. All services and connectors freeze when the trial ends until access is renewed, or until the account moves to the free package. Checkout is not available yet; no automatic charge or subscription is created.

• Free, ₪0, with no trial: one store connected on its own, the dashboard and a weekly summary by email, one user. No bot, no ad, social or analytics connections, and no morning brief or alerts. The store syncs once an hour.
• Basic, ₪149: one store, up to 2 ad and social connections, 10 bot tokens a day, one user.
• Pro, ₪249: up to 2 stores, up to 4 ad and social connections, 60 bot tokens a day, up to 2 users, profit by campaign, the PDF report and the weekly ad review.
• Business, ₪449: up to 5 stores, up to 10 ad and social connections, 100 bot tokens a day, up to 10 users, everything in Pro, plus the competitor watch, the AI marketing strategy and creative, and personal business support.

A token is a unit of bot use: every message you send the bot (text, voice, a photo or a file) uses one token. Tokens are counted per store, renew every day at midnight in the business’s time zone, and do not carry over. When the day’s tokens run out, the bot does not answer until midnight, unless a one-off pack has some left. Alerts, the morning brief, reports and the dashboard keep working and use no tokens.

Add-ons on any package, a month before VAT: 30 more bot tokens a day for each store, ₪39; another marketing connection for each store, ₪29; another store, ₪99. A one-off pack of 300 tokens is ₪29; it is used only after the day’s tokens run out and stays until it is used. Add-ons are added to the package’s limits.

The store connection and Google Analytics do not count toward the connection limit. The same plan limits and trial apply to Shopify stores.

We change prices, limits or what a package includes only with advance notice, and won’t charge you without your consent.

12. Availability and changes to the service

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we don’t promise it will run without interruptions or errors.

We may change, add or discontinue features. We will give advance notice of significant changes where we can.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, revenue or data, or advertising spend, arising from use of the service or from relying on its reports and recommendations.
• Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event.

This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or intentional harm.

14. Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time: disconnect your sources and ask us to delete your account at [email protected].

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Where we can, we will tell you in advance.

15. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will tell you in advance, in the bot or by email, about any significant change. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

17. Permissions, rights and indemnity

You confirm that you are authorized to supply and process the information and content you submit, including third-party data, and have provided required notices and obtained required permissions. Do not submit sensitive information unnecessary for the service.

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify the service operator for direct losses and reasonable legal costs awarded or agreed in a third-party claim arising from your material breach, unlawful use or infringement in content you supplied or published. This does not cover losses attributable to the operator. We will notify you within a reasonable time, allow participation in the defense and not agree to a settlement imposing obligations on you without your consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld.

18. No result guarantee and mandatory rights

We do not guarantee revenue, profit, forecast accuracy, ad approval or external provider availability. Verify data, maintain copies of essential business information and review recommendations before acting. Payments to advertising platforms or other providers are not payments to astrofiy for the liability cap.

Nothing waives mandatory consumer or privacy rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited. An unenforceable provision will be narrowed to the extent permitted, with remaining terms continuing where possible. Mandatory jurisdiction rules prevail over the forum selection in these terms.

19. Payment, cancellation and legal notices

The service is currently free, so there is no subscription charge to cancel or refund. This is not a promise of permanent free service. Before any paid purchase, pricing, billing periods, renewal, cancellation and refund rights will be disclosed subject to law; prior use alone does not authorize a new charge. You may stop using the service and request account closure.

Legal notices and infringement reports: [email protected]. Contact may help resolve a dispute but is not a prerequisite for exercising rights or accessing courts.
